Over the last four years, the famous middle eastern dessert called Kanafeh has gone viral. Whether you spell it as Kanaafeh, Knafeh or Kunafa – it really doesn’t matter – because either way it is an absolute treat for the mouth.
With our decades-long history in the sweets industry back home in Syria and across the Middle East, we just knew that we had to give GTA residents the best Kunafeh out there. Anything less would have been a disappointment.
As of today, Nafisa makes two main kunafeh types: our Kunafeh with cheese and our Kunafeh with cream. Both of these variations are absolutely amazing – we wouldn’t choose one over the other.
Our Kunafeh continues to be our top selling dessert item. It’s a treat and many customers, particularly those that are counting their calories, love the fact that you can share our Kunafeh with a partner.
One of our favourite Kunafeh combinations is with our famous Arabian Pistachio Ice Cream. Many non-Arabs prefer to have Kunafeh this way, and we cannot blame them – it is a combination from the heavens!

Quick Kunafeh recipe
